Kelta HR is seeking a Regional Learning & Development Trainer for the South for our client, a national charity, based in Sussex, with a headcount of 16,000.
As full-time regional Learning & Development Trainer reporting to the L&D Business Partner, you'll deliver training to those that provide specialist care and support to people with complex needs at residential and community services. In this key role, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference to the quality of care and support that's delivered by creating an engaging learning environment.
Field based, there'll be regular travel in the South, with some overnight stays, so transport and a full driver’s license is required. At other times you'll be working from home. A recognised training qualification e.g. PTLLS, Cert in Education CIPD or equivalent is essential and MAYBO accreditation is desirable. You'll need experience of designing and delivering L&D interventions to different audiences. Knowledge of the health and social care sector would be advantageous.
