As part of our partnership with REC, the trade body that represents and supports our industry, we adhere strictly to the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, meaning we do not send your CV anywhere without your permission.
Once you send us your CV we aim to contact you within 2 working days of receipt and respond to your application even if you are not suitable.
It's frustrating when you send your CV and you never hear from the agency. If we think we can help you, we will firstly take some informal but vital information over the telephone. If you find it difficult to talk freely whilst at work we can arrange to speak to you outside of work hours. We will then arrange to meet with you for an interview. We have ample free parking at our offices. Alternatively, should you not be able to make it to our location we can always arrange a mutually convenient place to meet you off site.
One of our HR recruitment consultants will spend time getting to know you to add value to your application, and evaluate and identify the right culture fits to assist you with your job search.
During your meeting with us we will discuss important information, such as your strengths, weaknesses, likes, dislikes, aspirations, skills, salary expectations and the HR market conditions. It's a good idea to start to think about these at home before the meeting, as planning is key to your success. In addition we will cover all the vital pre-employment screening and relevant qualifications. We will then start to create "Consultants Comments" on your CV to tailor your career search correctly.
We invest time in sharing our knowledge by offering expert direction and guidance, as well as a HR Candidate Toolkit to help you with your CV, preparing for interviews and the interview itself. We also offer full aftercare support once we have successfully placed you with a client.
There is no guarantee that we will find you your next HR or L&D role but we certainly do our best to support you through your journey to achieve this.
