My client is seeking a full-time HR Advisor on a 5-month FTC - Salary £31,000 - £32,000
An excellent opportunity to join a friendly, qualified, and well-regarded HR team working in a dynamic, values led national charity. This is a key role and will suit applicants with a comprehensive level of HR knowledge and experience.
This role will suit applicants who are passionate to increase their exposure to employment relations, redundancy and supporting transformational change programmes such as TUPE.
You will support the Regional HR BP for the South and London and work with a team of Regional HR Advisors and a Regional HR Assistant. You will be responsible for providing proactive initial advice to Directors, managers, and employees on a wide range of HR issues. This will include supporting managers in making values-based decisions on case management such as disciplinary, grievance and sickness management. This role will be involved in policy, process and training development and delivery.
To be successful in meeting the challenges involved with the role you must have a can-do attitude with excellent communication and organisational abilities. You must be able to demonstrate a solution-focussed approach and the ability to make reasoned decisions.
You will have excellent experience of managing ER issues, be CIPD qualified. Able to coach managers with prompt and effective advice on ER and change management issues. You will be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel and have a strong attention to detail. The successful applicant will have a commitment and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
You will need to be able to manage your time effectively, working flexibly with changing priorities, producing work and associated documentation to a high standard.
