We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join an Education organisation in Haywards Heath area on a fixed term contract for 3 months possibly longer. This position may turn to permanent later down the line.
This is an exciting opportunity to the right candidate to join their busy HR team and to really make an impact in the recruitment and to contribute with the delivery of their outstanding services to children and young adults.
The main duties are:
Assist the Recruitment Advisor with the recruitment and selection process
Updating and monitoring the Applicant Tracking System
Arrange interviews and providing HR professional support
Preparing offer letters and employment contracts and offer packs
Inputting starter information onto the HR system
Coordinating pre-employment checks
Supporting the Recruitment Advisor with advertising
Work with other HR team members and Finance/payroll/IT colleagues
Provide cover for and assistance to the HR & L&D Administrator
Participate in HR projects as required, including work on recruitment events
Salary £21,719 - £22,968 plus excellent benefits package
Your own transport is essential due to the location
