Kelta HR is seeking a Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement Officer/Advisor for our client, based in Lingfield, Surrey.
As part of a small HR team, reporting to the Head of People & Culture the Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement Officer/Advisor will play a vital role in fostering a welcoming and values led culture. Your goal will be to help create the best workforce by embedding diversity and inclusion into the organisation and actively seeking opportunities to embrace the diverse lived experiences of existing and prospective colleagues. The organisation is about to launch an Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging strategy, so you’ll work with the HR team and Diversity and Inclusion working group to communicate the strategy to colleagues across the company and to begin delivering key actions. Your responsibilities will include facilitating working group meetings, creating content for online EDI&B employee hub and working with colleagues to review the people processes and policies to improve inclusivity and accessibility.
The ideal candidate will be a passionate advocate and have experience of promoting equality, diversity, inclusion and belonging in the workplace. You will be happy to engage with your colleagues and enjoy research. CIPD Level 5 qualification, Level 3 Diversity and inclusion in the workplace and experience of working in the health, care or education sectors is desirable.
