Retention, Engagement, Succession Planning, Career Progression Schemes, Talent Attraction, On-boarding and HR Projects are all key elements of this brand-new role for a growing company. You will have real autonomy to make this role your own and bring improvements to the business.
A growing award-winning Technology Company, with a current headcount of just over 70, are looking to continue to grow and expand over the next few years, both organically and via acquisition. As part of this growth, they are looking to hire a passionate Talent Management specialist to join the HR team.
If you have experience, or interest in Learning & Development, have worked on retention strategies and succession planning projects and other HR Projects such as engagement, embedding values, benchmarking and candidate attraction schemes and you are ideally CIPD qualified then this role, at this stage of the company's growth plans, is an exciting time to join them and make a real difference.
Reporting to the Head of HR, the role offers a blend of WFH and collaborative time in the head office in Tunbridge Wells, at least on average 2 days a week. Flexible working is available.
