Our award-winning client is going through a stage of significant growth and seeking a dedicated Learning & Development Partner to drive the development and implementation of their global talent and learning strategy.
You will be motivated by the company culture of cultivating leadership from within and be instrumental in designing, creating and delivering engaging and compelling learning content to support key talent, learning and performance initiatives.
You must be able to demonstrate an understanding of how you will engage audiences through training delivery, and impactful learning.
You will also be required to make an assessment of the development offering throughout the business and work closely with HR and other Department Heads to build the capabilities of the people and develop a resilient workforce.
This is a very exciting opportunity to lead the L&D function and create a strategic offering for this rapidly changing, customer-centric business environment.
