HR Manager (Full Time) - 6 month FTC
I'm seeking an experienced standalone HR Manager for my client who are a leisure company, based in West Sussex, with a headcount of circa 100.
Reporting to the Directors you will be willing to pull your sleeves up, providing hands on support as the point of contact for all HR issues. This standalone role covers all aspects of HR, including on boarding/off boarding, holiday/absence, administration, recruitment, grievance/disciplinary, training, HR support and advice. You will need to be experienced in a variety of ER matters in order to support the Managers across the business and have a proactive approach to move the department and business forward.
The successful candidate will have worked in a similar role in a fast paced, sometimes chaotic environment (preferably leisure, tourism, hospitality or retail) and have a solid understanding of employment law and HR best practice, as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft. CIPD qualification is desirable.
Immediate start preferred.
