Kelta HR is seeking an experienced HR Manager for our client in the hospitality industry, based near to East Grinstead.
A permanent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to work with Managers across the business with a headcount of 120-200. Reporting to the GM, the role has two direct reports. As part of the hotel’s senior management team, your role will involve leading and managing all aspects of people management.The role incorporates both strategic and operational HR. This is a hands-on HR Generalist role, but the key aspects are recruitment, training and staff welfare. The role is full-time and office based.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role with a minimum of two years’ experience operating at this level. A CIPD qualification or equivalent in HR Management is preferred. Proven experience of working in a busy People Management role is essential. Change management experience would be advantageous. HR experience gained within hospitality, care or the public sector is desirable.
The role is based on site in a beautiful location.
