HR Assistant
Salary: £26,000
Location: Burgess Hill, West Sussex
Full-time: 37.5 hours

Join our client’s team as an HR Assistant in Burgess Hill! They’re looking for a detail-oriented individual to handle recruitment and HR administration, conduct interviews, and assist with various HR tasks. Responsibilities include:
•Managing responses from advertisements and inquiries
•Organising interviews and establishing job files
•Preparing offer letters and contracts
•Conducting DBS checks and reference checks
•Maintaining staff records and files
•Answering queries regarding HR policies
•Managing annual leave entitlements and records
•Issuing annual appraisals and monitoring training requirements
•Handling payroll instructions and staff handbooks
•Ensuring confidentiality in all personnel matters
•Implementing quality standards and promoting equal opportunities
•Assisting with the development of personnel information systems
•Other duties as required by the HR Director
