My client is seeking a HR Advisor/Officer to work within a large, busy HR team in Central Brighton, to offer HR advice to employees and managers, and in turn improving management capability to resolve staff issues effectively and professionally.
You will manage complex ER case work and provide targeted support on issues such as conduct, sickness absence management, redeployment and change management.
Experience of working in a Unionised environment would be beneficial.
As well as sound ER experience, you will need a high level of personal drive, enthusiasm and energy and show a capacity for sustained effort and performance.
This role would suit an established HR generalist looking for a change OR someone with a level of ER experience looking to advance their career in a busy, collaborative team environment.
Our client is seeking a Senior HR Advisor/Team Leader to work across 2 of their client groups based in Brighton and Lewes.
You will line manage 2-3 HR Advisors to deliver excellent services placing the customer at the heart of everything you do.
We are looking for someone that excels in an extremely fast paced and demanding environment where you can influence and learn from the wider team and customers across the organisation. Using your talents as a charismatic influencer to develop relationships and influence people you will be ensuring HR has the level of credibility it deserves.
You will work collaboratively within a well-supported team providing a comprehensive lead advisory and consultancy service to your HR Advisors and key stakeholders at all levels across the business. Within your role of Senior HR Advisor you will excel in creating streamlined processes, taking a lead on specific HR casework and projects and supporting and developing colleagues to deliver an exceptional HR service.
The right candidate will need to have extensive relevant background in HR employee relations ideally gained within the public or voluntary sector or ability to demonstrate transferable skills. You will have experience of working with Managers to progress case work including complex cases and organisational change.
You will have proven ability to build productive relationships and credibility with stakeholders at all levels including Trade Unions.
As well as, or just as importantly, you will need to demonstrate a high level of drive and energy and show a capacity for sustained effort and performance.
