Kelta HR have been engaged on an exclusive basis, to recruit a HR Advisor for our client in the aviation sector, based at Gatwick.
The role of permanent, full-time HR Advisor is a brand new role sitting within a small HR team and reporting to the Head of HR.
This is a full generalist role, however the key focuses will be recruitment, L&D and mental health and wellbeing.
To be considered for this role, you will need to be an experienced HR Advisor. You will be operationally orientated, all about service delivery and driven by results. You will require business acumen, be hands on, prepared to roll your sleeves up, not afraid of hard work and used to working with small budgets. The ideal candidate will be proactive, have a high sense of energy, attention to detail, be pragmatic and used to the gritty side of HR. A background in aviation, manufacturing or engineering is preferred, but other sectors will be considered. CIPD qualification is desired.
