Our client within the NHS are seeking an Employee Relations Advisor on a permanent basis to provide a comprehensive, efficient and effective operational Human Resources service to all Divisions and professional HR advice to all staff groups.
You will be required to work 37.5 hours per week over Monday-Friday and be flexible to travel to sites based in Brighton, Worthing and Chichester - hybrid working.
They have merged the Employee Relations department so this is an exciting time to join the team.
This role offers a hybrid approach to working with a split between office and home working. They can also offer flexibility in which office is used as a base between the three sites of Chichester, Worthing and Brighton.
This position will be actively involved in advising and supporting managers in the areas of disciplinary, grievance, capability and sickness management. This would include investigating and sitting on panels as well as the following:
•health and wellbeing
•informal resolution of concerns
•job evaluation and grading
•staff engagement
•reward and recognition
•recruitment and retention
•appraisal and development review
•organisational change
•Trust HR policies and procedures
Salary band 6 - £32,306 - £39,027pa.
