Work-related stress is a major problem and the biggest cause of sickness in the UK. In the last 10 years sick days lost to stress, depression and anxiety have increased by 24%.
We spend an ever-increasing amount of time at work and yet we are the least happy. This is even more true since the Covid pandemic, recent societal pressures and the changing world of hybrid and flexible working.
Kelta HR is holding 2 webinars in November which will introduce specific skills to manage work and life stress and look at how can these skills be introduced in your working environment/business/team.
These sessions will be delivered by Georgie Payne from "Time for the Mind".
Georgie is a trained mindfulness teacher with Sussex Mindfulness Centre (NHS Trust) and has worked with numerous clients advising on wellbeing specifically focusing on stress and burnout post pandemic and with hybrid working.
These sessions will have very limited numbers which is why we have decided to offer 2 separate dates. The dates are either Wednesday 2nd November or Thursday 17th November.
