Kelta HR are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager for our client, a care home with a headcount of 300. This is a full-time role based in Ditchling, near Burgess Hill.
Responsible for the HR function, the Senior HR Manager reports to the CEO and is responsible for the HR Advisor. You will be confident to take ownership of all aspects of this HR role, rolling your sleeves up to get things done and working at a strategic level with the Senior Management Team.
A sound knowledge of employment law is essential, along with experience of leading and managing change and a CIPD qualification. You will have worked at a similar level for a minimum of 5 years. Experience of working in the care sector is advantageous or some knowledge of CQC, whistle blowing and safe guarding.
