Senior HR Advisor / Hybrid / 6 month FTC / Crawley

Join a forward-thinking organisation as a Senior HR Advisor on a 6-month fixed-term contract, providing vital support to a dynamic HR team during a period of transition.

In this pivotal role, you’ll take the lead on a variety of employee relations casework while also contributing to wider generalist HR activities, ensuring seamless support across the team during periods of sick leave and maternity cover.

You’ll collaborate closely with the HR Advisor and be part of a 10-person HR team, the role offers a hybrid working model – spending one day a week onsite in Crawley and another day either in Crawley or at the Brighton site, whichever suits your location best.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to make an immediate impact in a supportive and people-focused environment — with the potential for the contract to extend.
