Senior HR Admin Team Leader (12 month FTC)
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Location: East Grinstead/Hybrid
Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Senior HR Admin Team Leader on a full-time, hybrid basis for a 1 year FTC.
As Senior HR Administrator & Team Leader, you will oversee critical HR functions, supporting recruitment, learning & development, payroll, and employee relations. You will provide a comprehensive HR clerical and administrative support service to the HR Manager, HR Advisory team and Sites Network. Managing a team of three, you’ll ensure HR processes run smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
This is a HR generalist, hands on role with the aim of doing the HR admin job with the team, as well as organising workloads and looking at processes to see where improvements can be made.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee HR administrative processes, including recruitment, new starters, promotions, and leavers.
• Manage the Learning & Development system for the Sites Network.
• Partner with the Payroll team to optimise processes.
• Maintain HR systems and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
About You
• Minimum CIPD Level 3.
• Proven senior HR administration experience with line management responsibilities.
• Generalist HR experience
• Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational and multitasking skills, and the ability to manage and inspire a team.
• Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., SAP) and IT databases (e.g., GSuite) is advantageous.
• A collaborative team player with a strong customer service ethos and the courage to challenge when needed.
The role is hybrid, with 2 days WFH and 3 days office based in East Grinstead.
