Kelta HR is seeking a Recruitment Advisor for our client, a technology company, based in Crawley with a headcount of 500 across multiple sites.
The Recruitment Advisor reports to the Recruitment Lead/BP. The Recruitment Advisor is responsible for operational recruitment activities within the UK, with the support of the HR Business Partners and Recruitment Lead. The scope of the vacancies ranges from graduate recruitment through to senior level hires. The Recruitment Advisor will use their knowledge and expertise to generate new roles, put together advertising campaigns, headhunt, conduct interviews, manage offers, manage the PSL, update processes and produce MI reports. This newly created role is to support the growth of new business areas and will potentially become permanent if that is successful.
To be considered for this role you will need to have proven experience of working in recruitment, preferably in-house with fantastic Microsoft and organisation skills. You will need to thrive in a busy environment and be great at building relationships.
