Recruitment Coordinator
Location: Horsham (Mainly remote with 1 day in the office)
Salary: 33,000 – 35,000
Duration: Covering maternity leave for 6-8 months, potential for permanent position
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join a team near Horsham area. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, coordinating applications, and ensuring a smooth candidate journey.
Responsibilities:
•Coordinate recruitment processes, excluding actual recruitment and resourcing.
•Post job roles on the ATS and manage applications.
•Liaise with hiring managers and flag suitable CVs for review.
•Organise interviews and manage candidates throughout the process.
Requirements:
•Strong organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Prior inhouse recruitment coordination experience preferred.
•Familiarity with ATS and other recruitment tools.
