Our client based in Crawley is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator on a 6 month FTC. You will be required to work as part of the UK HR team and reporting to the Recruitment Team Leader.
The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for managing the coordination of delegated operational recruitment within the UK. With the support of the HR Business Partners you will ensure the delivery of an effective and consistent recruitment service for the Managers and HR community within the UK
Main duties;
Maintenance of the Vacancy Project Tracker
Writing job adverts
Generation of person requisitions and gaining relevant approval levels for offers
Competency based interviewing for UK Graduate - Senior Level roles
Offer management
MI reporting and analysis, when required
Preferred Supplier List Management
Internal Communication’s for UK Vacancies
Update Interview Documents
Shared management of UK Recruitment Inbox
Raising PO’s or delegating effectively to Recruitment and HR Administrator
Shared management of the operational coordination UK Graduate and Internship Programmes
Overseeing the organisation of events
Assisting with social media and website
Supporting the ER team
This Recruitment Coordinator role is for 6 months paying £21,000 - £25,000, 37.5 hours per week.
Flexible on working hours and can even be condensed hours within reason
At the moment the team is currently working within the office and from home doing week in/week off
