Kelta HR is seeking an experienced ER Specialist/HR Advisor for our client in the health sector with a headcount of circa 500.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time, permanent experienced HR professional to join a small team in a HR generalist capacity, with a focus on ER.

Reporting to the Head of HR, the part-time People Advisor will provide HR support in a business partnering capacity. This is a varied generalist role and you will be responsible for providing proactive, professional and business focused HR support to operational leaders and managers. This role will focus on collaborating with designated Business areas, advising on employee relation issues and HR projects. 70% of the role will be focussed on employee relations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in an operational HR or people management role including experience of dealing with ER issues. The client is ideally seeking someone that has worked with a number of organisations and can therefore bring a range of experience. Experience of the healthcare sector would be beneficial.

The part-time role is 22.5 hours. This can be worked across 3 days - 1 day East Grinstead, 1 day Crowborough, 1 day WFH. Or the hours can be worked across 4 or 5 days. Hours are flexible.
