People Partner
Experience of ER, Engagement, L&D and Team Management.
A fast-growing company, based in Shoreham by Sea, with a headcount of circa 350, and with ambitious growth plans, are looking to hire a People Partner to join their well-established People Team. The company has both their Corporate Head Office and manufacturing site based in Shoreham.
Reporting to the People Director and working within a creative, progressive and well-respected People Team, the Company put team at the core of what they do as a business, so you’ll need to be passionate about people, pro-active in your behaviour and flexible in your approach.
As People Partner you will provide expert advice and coaching for managers in a variety of situations. The role has 2 direct reports.
Engagement has always been important for the company and this role will manage the delivery of the quarterly Team Engagement Survey, the internal communication around this and analysis of the data to identify valuable workstreams and projects and subsequent workstream planning.
The People Partner also supports the coordination and delivery of Learning and development solutions with a particular focus on upskilling the People Managers, so a passion or interest in L&D to drive engaging learning solutions is essential.
The position has a focus on stakeholder management; building strong relationships, and networking across the business to ensure that the People Partner becomes an integral part of the management team and strategic decision making.
You will be the advice expert on ER issues and lead on the implementation of change management programmes, identifying and supporting the need for change and the subsequent processes required.
A busy people centric role with an array of tasks, big and small, that come up in the day-to-day life of a People person.
You’re going to be busy, so you’ll need to be organised and be able to plan your time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
