PT HR Advisor

Kelta HR is seeking an experienced HR Advisor for our client in the health sector with a headcount of circa 500.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time, permanent experienced HR professional to join a small team in a HR generalist capacity.
Reporting to the Head of HR, the part-time People Advisor will provide HR support in a business partnering capacity. This is a varied generalist role and you will be responsible for providing proactive, professional and business focused HR support to operational leaders and managers. The role has a strong focus on ER. It does not cover recruitment, since there is a dedicated Recruiter in the team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in an operational HR or people management role including experience of dealing with ER issues. The client is ideally seeking someone that has worked with a number of organisations and can therefore bring a range of experience. Experience of the healthcare sector would be beneficial.
The part-time role is 22.5 hours. This can be worked across 3 days - 1 day East Grinstead, 1 day Crowborough, 1 day WFH. Or the hours can be worked across 4 or 5 days. Hours are flexible.
