Kelta HR is seeking an experienced HR Advisor for our client in the health sector.
Due to an internal promotion an exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time, permanent experienced HR professional to join a small team to help improve the lives of the most vulnerable children and young people within the South East.
The People Advisor will work closely with the People Manager to provide HR support to the Children's Services London region team. This is a varied generalist role and you will be responsible for providing proactive, professional and business focused HR support to operational leaders and managers. On a day-to-day basis you will provide employee relations casework advice and guidance including:
Supporting disciplinary and grievance processes
Sickness absence management guidance
Employee health and wellbeing, including reasonable adjustments guidance
Change management, including TUPE
Delivery of HR related training
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in an operational HR or people management role including experience of dealing with ER issues. Change management experience (including redundancies) is essential and experience of TUPE would be advantageous. A CIPD qualification and HR experience gained within the NHS or a charity would be benefifical.
The company has a work from anywhere policy, so the role is mainly working from home with monthly visits to London. The part-time role is circa 21.75 hours which can be worked across 3-5 days.
