P/T Assistant HR Manager/ Senior HR Advisor - Brighton - c£32,000 FTE.
Our client is seeking a P/T, well established, Senior HR Advisor or Assistant HR Manager to provide the full HR remit to two schools based in Brighton and to support with the implementation of national HR initiatives. There will be remote support, but this role is essentially a purely operational, standalone position and as such will involve a mixture of advisory and administration responsibilities.
As Assistant HR Manager you will provide on-site and remote, proactive support and undertake case management work in the allocated schools. You will also provide appropriate advice and guidance to school leaders, ensuring that advice is in line with Company policies and best practice.
An important part of the role is also to undertake administration of key employment information and records including; New hire, Benefits, Payroll, Holiday tracking and Sick Leave.
As the HR function is yet to be fully embedded, the right candidate must be prepared to work in an evolving HR environment.
This role would suit someone with a broad generalist HR Background who has worked autonomously in a consultative manner with an outstanding ability to prioritise and organise multiple projects.
The role is being offered part-time, 22.5 hours with flexibility over 3-4 days a week.
Candidates must drive and hold a full driving license as travel between sites will be necessary.
