We have an exciting, newly created, role that combines Learning and Development expertise, with operational HR, HR Metrics and process improvement; supporting the employee experience around on-boarding, continuous learning and career development and being the owner of the quality and integrity of the people practice data across the organisation.
The role will be a 50:50 split 50% dedicated to learning & development, which will involve facilitation of training, communications and developing materials dealing with HR Operations tasks and queries (across the employee lifecycle) and processing changes in Workday, with the other.
As L&D & HR Ops specialist, supporting a headcount of 650, this role currently sits within the HR Team and has dotted line reporting into global L&D.
As the ambassador of the L&D development strategy the role facilitates workshops, offers learning advice and curates learning content.
The role has responsibility for HR process improvement; HR Systems, HR metrics and policy understandings.
Initially a 12-month fixed term contract with the potential of becoming permanent.
