Our client on the outskirts of Haywards Heath is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic HR & Systems Coordinator to join the Human Resources Team. This role will be reporting to the Director of People, and work with the HR Team in the provision of effective HR management.
Key Responsibilities Would Include But Are Not Limited To
• Organising, auditing, cleansing and maintaining HR data and HR GDPR
• HR data manipulation and reporting
• Streamlining HR processes and helping to manage the HR system (CIPHR)
• Updating employee electronic records
• Providing an effective support service to end users across the organisation
• General administration for the HR team and being one of the first point of contacts for HR queries
The successful candidate will ideally have 2 years' experience in a similar role in a busy HR department and be an experienced user of HR information systems. Previous experience of using CIPHR would be advantageous.
Own transport is essential due to the location
The hours of work are 40 hours per week, for 52 weeks per year. Normal working hours are 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday, although flexibility will be required.
Salary is £23,000 to £26,000 per annum depending on level of experience.
