Kelta HR has been engaged on an exclusive basis, to recruit a HR Advisor for our client, a travel company, based in Crawley.
Reporting to the Head of HR, the role will be part of a small generalist HR team and will manage the People & Payroll Assistant.
As full-time, People & Payroll Advisor, you will support the Head of People in all aspects of HR - recruitment, ER, policies and procedures, reward and benefits, payroll (a very small amount, mainly overseeing the Assistant who does this) and L&D.
Previous experience in a HR generalist role is essential, including recruitment, ownership of ER cases, developing HR policies and procedures and HR admin. The ideal candidate will be intelligent, knowledgeable, numerical, used to working with a professional workforce, quick to pick things up, good at working at a fast pace and comfortable at multi-tasking. A degree and CIPD qualification are desirable.
The role is based in Crawley with hybrid working 2-3 days a week in the office.
