Kelta HR are seeking a HR Operations & Recruitment Manager for our client, a charity with a headcount of 250, based in Crawley.
Reporting to the HR Director, the HR Operations & Recruitment Manager (maternity cover) manages a small team and is responsible for the HR system, delivery of recruitment and the transactional service. You'll ensure organisational understanding and compliance of HR practices, CQC and requirements of other regulatory and statutory bodies. Your input will be essential in continuing to develop and shape how the transactional service is delivered. This is an interesting, varied hands-on HR role and your key focuses will be:
• HR System super user including reporting
• Pay and Reward
• Recruitment
• Compliance
• Administration
The role would suit someone currently working as a HR Operations Manager or an experienced Operations Specialist. To be considered for this role, you need to be an enthusiastic, dynamic and highly motivated person with high attention to detail, that can hit the ground running and is up for a challenge. Experience of working in a busy HR department is essential. CIPD qualification is desirable. Experience of the charity or healthcare sectors would be beneficial.
This full-time role is 37.5 hours Monday to Friday. Hours are flexible. The role is based on site in Crawley, with the potential for 1-2 days WFH hybrid working in the future.
