Kelta HR are seeking an experienced HR Manager for our client, a construction and civil engineering company with a headcount of 122. Option of full-time or 30 hours part-time.
This is a newly created role, reporting to the Directors, responsible for the HR function and with two direct reports. You will lead on HR achieving a people-orientated high-performance culture. You will have responsibility for the full HR life-cycle including recruitment, discipline, grievance, mentoring, contracts, talent management, training, appraisals and succession planning. As part of the Senior Management Team, you will work at a strategic level. You will be CIPD Level 5 qualified or above.
