Kelta HR is seeking an experienced HR Manager for our client, who are a manufacturing company, based in Crawley, with a headcount of circa 230.
Reporting to the newly appointed Managing Director, with a dotted line to the Group Director of HR (not based at the Crawley office), the HR Manager will manage a HR team of 3.
As full-time, office-based HR Manager, you will manage the operational day to day aspects of HR, be willing to pull your sleeves up and also work with and coach senior managers. You will devise the company HR strategy and also implement group initiatives and policies. You will also be required to manage HR projects such as the implementation of a new HRIS system, creating a management development programme, setting reward and recognition and managing cultural change.
The successful candidate will have worked in a similar level role, within a manufacturing environment, hold a chartered CIPD qualification in HR and have a strategic approach. Equally be an inclusive leader, have experience of managing a HR team and be a confident and candid communicator. Job longevity is important to this employer as it demonstrates your commitment.
