HR Manager/Senior HR Advisor – Brighton – permanent - £38,000 - £42,000
Our client is a charity within the education sector who are looking to recruit a stand-alone HR Manager to provide on-site and remote, proactive HR support and to undertake case management work in 3 allocated schools in Brighton and London.
This is a new role where the HR Manager will need to provide appropriate advice and guidance to school leaders, ensuring that advice is in line with policies and best practice.
You will have the opportunity to be part of the development and growth of the new in-house HR function on each site, working closely with key stakeholders: School Principals, HR Director and COO. This is a demanding role where you will need to be very hands on operationally, as well as being able to step up strategically.
This role would suit someone with a broad generalist HR Background who has worked autonomously as a stand-alone HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor. You will be adaptable and be able to manage a wide range of relationships and challenges to best promote HR as a new concept in the 3 allocated schools.
Candidates must drive and hold a full driving license as travel between sites will be necessary, including London on occasion.
This role could be considered on a F/T permanent basis or shorter term FTC.
