Kelta HR are recruiting for a HRBP/HR Manager to join a growing company in Crawley.
Reporting to the Group HR Director the newly created role of HR Business Partner combines strategic and operational HR. This is a Generalist role covering all aspects of HR (with the exception of recruitment). It’s an exciting opportunity giving you autonomy to shape the HR function to support business growth.
To be considered for this role you need to have proven experience of working as a generalist HR Manager or HRBP, possess a CIPD Level 5 qualification, good relationship building capability and interpersonal and communication skills and a good working knowledge of HR policies and procedures. Experience of the NHS would be beneficial.
The role is office based, 40 hours a week, however 4 days, 32 hours a week would be considered.
