This is a fabulous opportunity for a qualified HR Generalist to join a team in Horsham for a privately owned business. The business is made up of 4 distinct local brands, operating across the South East region with a headcocunt of 950.

As an experienced HR Generalist your role involves engaging with staff and managemnet across the full remit. Recruitment is managed separately. The role requires active involvement influencing and investigating disciplinary and grievances matters, policy writing, absence management, performance management and on-going HR project work.

Salary: up to £45,000 (Subject to experience)
Full Driving License and your own vehicle is required
