A growing business close to Bexhill on Sea, East Sussex are looking for HR full generalist to join them for an initial period of up to 6 months as a fixed term contract.

The company is growing, so as part of this growth, there may be the possibility that his role becomes a permanent position.

This is a full-time position across a 37.5hrs week. Hybrid working is available after the initial training period with a minimum of 1 day weekly in the office.

The position reports in to the HR Operations Manager and is part of an established HR Department supporting a headcount of currently circa 250.

If you are a HR Generalist, with current experience of supporting on employee relations issues and are immediately available then this could be an opportunity to join a growing business. Level 5 CIPD, or equivalent, is preferred and ideally your own transport as the role is not easily accessed by public transport.
