Our client on the outskirts of Haywards Heath is seeking to appoint an HR Coordinator to join the Human Resources Team. This role will be reporting to the Director of People, and work with the HR Team in the provision of effective HR management.
You will be required to oversee the new HR system implementation, help with payroll, support employee relation matters, and work with the team on employee wellbeing etc.
It is a mixed bagged role, where you will need to be prepared to 'muck in' within a very busy department, help with note taking in interviews, manage the compliance for employment etc
You will be part of a growing team, and have a huge variation on what this role can do, and can be involved in, so the scope to grow and develop into a persons expertise is always there.
Up to £28,000, permanent
Own transport is essential due to the location
