HR Coordinator
Location: Brighton
Salary: £28,549 per annum
Full time, Permanent
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive HR Coordinator to join their team in Brighton.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting and managing HR functions within a dynamic educational environment.
Main Responsibilities:
Coordinate safeguarding and mandatory training for staff
Manage absence records and support return-to-work processes
Assist with staff development, INSET days, and appraisals
Oversee exit procedures for departing staff
Maintain accurate staff files in line with compliance regulations
We’re looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment. If you’re passionate about supporting education and staff development, we’d love to hear from you.
