Our client is looking to bring on experienced HR Business Partners to help shape and lead people strategy during a pivotal time of organisational change.
The HR Business Partner role acts as a strategic internal consultant to operational leaders—driving forward workforce plans, oversight on strategic case management, and leading on performance and talent development initiatives. It’s an opportunity to step into a position where your business acumen and HR expertise will directly influence change.

The ideal candidate will bring significant senior HR experience, sound employment law knowledge, and a confident, strategic mindset. A values-driven and collaborative approach, combined with excellent communication and analytical skills, will be crucial.
This is an 18-month fixed-term contract with the potential for permanency, offering a salary of £65,000–£68,000 and flexible hybrid working based out of offices in either the North West, North East, or South.
They’re particularly interested in individuals who are confident making informed, strategic decisions, and who are comfortable operating at pace in evolving environments. While organisation design experience is welcomed, it’s not essential—they're keen to support development in this area.
