HR Business Partner
Gatwick - hybrid working
£45K-£60K plus discretionary bonus
Kelta HR is recruiting for a HRBP for our aviation client at Gatwick with a headcount of 500.
The role of HR Business Partner is a mix of strategic and operational delivery. Part of a small team, the role works alongside and reports to the Head of HR. This is a HR Generalist role and as a relatively new company, policies and procedures will require further development. A key element of the role is relationship building and empowering managers. The role will be partnering with all areas of the business: operations, commercial, finance and procurement. The role will be a critical stakeholder adding value to the business and driving colleague centric decision making. This is a fast paced, unionised environment where no day is the same.
To be considered for this position you must have worked in and advisory role in a challenging, comple,x high pressured, fast-paced environment. Trade union, change management and TUPE experience is required. Experience of the airline or aviation industry is highly desired. The role of HRBP requires an individual who is used to working independently and with minimal HR direction. Someone who is resilient, solution focused and results driven.
The role is full-time, hybrid working with 3 days a week required on site at Gatwick.
