Join a collaborative People team and you’ll partner with senior leaders and contribute to key projects and generalist duties across the year.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of People Partnering, you’ll act as a trusted HR Business Partner to a mix of Faculty and Professional Services areas. This is a 12-month maternity cover, with a hybrid model (2/3 days on-site near Brighton).
You’ll:
Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice
Deliver a broad range of generalist HR activities
Work closely with a supportive HR team (on-site collaboration day: Thursdays)
Opportunity to work on various HR projects.
About You:
CIPD Level 7 qualified (or equivalent experience)
Proven HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor experience in a complex organisation
Strong knowledge of UK employment law
Confident influencing and advising senior managers
What’s on Offer:
£40,000–£48,000 FTE (pro rata for 30 hours)
