Egham - hybrid working
Kelta HR is seeking a HR Advisor for our client, a global electronics company, with a headcount of 350, based in Egham, Surrey .
The full-time HR Advisor will be part of a team of 3 and report to the HRBP. This is a generalist role, providing hands on support for all HR issues. This role covers all aspects of HR, including on boarding/off boarding, holiday/absence, administration, recruitment, grievance/disciplinary, training, HR support and advice.
To be considered for this role you will ideally be educated to degree level, hold a CIPD level 5 qualification or above and have at least three years’ experience of working within a generalist HR role. You need to be a self-starter, commercially minded, driven and enthusiastic with excellent communication and relationship building skills.
