HR Systems Assistant Advisor
9-12 month FTC
Our financial services corporate client, based in Crawley, with a headcount of circa 4,000, are seeking a HR Systems Assistant Advisor to cover a 9-12 month period of maternity leave.
Reporting to the HR and Systems Manager, the full-time HR Systems Assistant Advisor will be responsible for providing effective and proactive support to the HR Systems Team, acting as a first point of contact for system and process queries, supporting the maintenance, enhancements and upgrades to systems, reporting and analytics, along with responsibility for maintaining the internal HR & Development SharePoint sites.
The ideal candidate will have an aptitude for systems-related work such as query resolution, data collation, report production and analysis, experience of working with confidential and sensitive data, be a team player and have an intermediate/advanced level of Excel. Or may have previous experience as a HR co-ordinator with an interest in systems, trouble shooting and are good at coming up with ideas. Previous SharePoint authoring experience is desirable.
Currently working from home, the role will eventually become hybrid working with 2-3 days in the Crawley office.
