HR Advisor
Salary: £38,000 - £45,000
Location: East Grinstead/Hybrid. Some occasional travel required to other sites.
Full time, perm.
Our client is looking to recruit an experienced HR Advisor on a permanent full-time, hybrid basis.
Supported by 2 experienced Administrators, this advisory level role will focus on supporting and guiding the various Regional Managers and Site Managers, across the UK, on all people aspects of the employee-life-cycle.
The role sits within their “HR Site Team”, and has line management responsibility for 2 x Administrators, based in East Grinstead. You will be working closely with Regional Managers and Site Managers, providing generalist support and expert advice across a range of people issues, as well as managing the recruitment cycle and supporting with the resourcing strategy.
The role reports into the HR Manager. The HR Site Team is made up of a Senior HR Advisor, based in the North, this HR Advisor position and a team of 5 Administrators supporting all aspects of the administration relating to the employee life-cycle.
The role is hybrid, with 3 days WFH and 2 days office based in East Grinstead.
There will be the requirement for some travel and occasional overnight site visits, but these will be diarised in advance. Therefore, a driver with access to a car is essential.
