Reporting to the Head of HR, working in a HR team of 4 (including Payroll). Headcount is 450 across 2 sites.
The HR team are expanding and require an additional experienced HR Adviser to work closely with the existing HR Adviser and Head of HR, supporting on a broad remit of HR Projects alongside the day day operational advisory responsibilities within the team.
The role of HR Adviser is a full generalist position, from supporting on the recruitment of staff to managing casework and upskilling managers.
To be considered you must have experience of working in a generalist advisory HR role, ideally within the Education sector. Your generalist experience must also include all aspects of recruitment, and experience of HR Project Management. Experience of managing, supervising, coaching and mentoring staff is desirable. Chartered MCIPD is also desirable or equivalent experience.
