HR Administrator
Location: Hybrid – Burgess Hill - 2 days onsite (Tuesdays and Thursdays)
Salary: £21,000 to £24,000 DOE
Hours: 30-35 Hours per week over 5 days.
Our client based in Burgess Hill is looking for a motivated HR administrator to work within a lively HR department. It is a brilliant opportunity for a professional to develop their career path in HR, learning from their experienced team who can provide a great amount of support, knowledge and help mentor the right candidate into a successful future in HR.
As the HR Administrator you will be responsible for assisting the department in providing efficient and effective services to all staff and to support Managers/Directors in meeting their business objectives. This will include writing up contracts for new and existing members of staff and ensuring that all HR queries are responded to in the email inboxes. You will manage confidential employee data on the HR systems and minute take in relevant meetings as and when required.
Suitable applicants for this role will have strong administration experience or recruitment experience who is looking to gain exposure into HR. You will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills.
