Head of HR
£50K-£70K plus bonus
Kelta HR are seeking a Head of HR for our multi-national client with a headcount of circa 100 based in Crawley.
An exciting, newly created opportunity has arisen for a full-time Head of HR to join this growing company. Reporting to the MD/Group HR Director the role has 2 direct reports. The role combines strategic and operational HR. It will initially have responsibility for the UK operation with the aim to take on responsibility for the global HR operations in the future, which currently has a headcount of circa 500. This is an exciting opportunity giveing youl autonomy to shape the UK HR function to support with business growth.
Several years’ experience operating at a similar level is essential. International experience would be beneficial, as well as experience of restructures and change management. You will need to have initiative and drive, be resilient, want to develop, be able to implement change and have ideas. Longevity in your career is also important.
