Kelta HR is seeking a Head of HR for our client in the education sector.
Reporting to the Executive Director of HR, the Head of HR manages a team of 5-8. As part of the senior management team, you will be responsible for the delivery of a high-quality HR operation which supports the group HR strategy. You will provide strong leadership to the HR team using a collaborative, coaching and development approach.
You will ideally be CIPD qualified (preferably level 7) and possess a degree with substantial experience of working at management level in HR within a multi-site organisation. Experience of working in a similar role in education (preferably further education) is desired.
The role is based in Redhill, although travel to the other site in South Croydon will be required. Hybrid working will be possible following a 3 month induction.
