Working for a fast growing company and its subsidiaries, you’ll be part of a new team and will take the lead in driving the HR System and Technology global plan. Providing detailed insight into HR business issues, developing technological solutions to overcome these, you’ll optimise HR systems to support current and future needs.
The role will allow you, to demonstrate your experience in developing management tools in the form of dashboards and scorecards, to produce automated reporting and bespoke MI. Responsible for highlighting trends, analysis and monitoring, you’ll be experienced in using Visio, VBA and SQL, as well as possess a good understanding of web development.
With a solid background in HR Systems and analytics and a good understanding of HR business processes e.g. payroll, productivity measurement, financial information, your expertise in this field, will be to optimise and harmonise technology at a global level, bringing real value to the organisation, developing users through training, troubleshooting and maintaining systems.
A true career role, for those who have a passion for developing HRIS and Data analytics globally and taking their learning to the next level. The role is full time and permanent but part time working may also be considered for the right person.
