Position: ER Assistant (Employment Relationships Team)
Contract: Fixed Term, 3 Months FTC
Salary: £26,110.87 FTE
Location: Remote Working
Role Overview: Join our client’s dynamic team as an HR Assistant, where you'll provide crucial support to their Employment Relationship Team. This role involves assisting with employment relations cases, TUPE processes, restructures, and mediation services, ensuring a responsive and credible experience for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support for employment relations cases, TUPE, restructures, and mediations.
• Assist in coordinating hearings, formal meetings, and case management.
• Support HR Advisors and HR Managers with change management processes.
• Address end user questions or issues, offering solutions and support as needed.
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues to HR Management colleagues.
