Kelta HR is seeking an Assistant People & Organisation Development Business Partner for our client, a national charity, based in Burgess Hill.
As Assistant HRBP you will drive all people related activity across your business areas and support the HRBP to implement the organisation’s people strategy and policy, leading change and driving the adoption of people policies and processes across your services and departments.
You will have experience as a HR Generalist and be able to demonstrate experience of providing pro-active, pragmatic and timely people solutions to support improved operational performance at dept level. CIPD Level 5 qualification is desirable. Experience of health or social care would be beneficial.
The role is 35 hours per week with 3 days WFH and 2 days in Burgess Hill/other offices in the South.
